# Can I change my payment details?

Since your payment is automatically processed after you submit your payment details via XCover, there is not a way to change your payment details.
* If you added the wrong payment details, please allow time for the payment to fail first.
Once XCover has received a notification from the bank confirming that the payment has failed, XCover will send you a new email with a new secure link for you to resubmit your bank details. Carefully resubmit your bank account details or provide the details of another bank account.
The most common reasons for payment failure are:
* Name doesn’t match what’s on file with bank
* Incorrectly entered bank account or bank routing number
