# File a complaint about Link’s services

### **Our approach**
We are committed to giving you great service, but if something goes wrong we want to hear about it. If you want to file a complaint about Link, you can do so using our [Complaint Submission Form](https://stripe.com/complaints) or by [contacting support](https://support.link.com/contact/email).
Please include your contact details so we can get back to you as quickly as possible.
If we cannot provide an immediate resolution, we will send you an acknowledgement by email before investigating and providing you with a final response.
### **EEA & Switzerland complaints**
We will provide a final response to your complaint within 15 business days. In exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to respond within 15 business days. If this is the case we will let you know, explaining our reasons, and provide a final response within 35 business days.
### **Brazilian complaints**
If you are in Brazil, our [Ombudsman department](https://support.stripe.com/questions/stripe-ombudsman-in-brazil?locale=pt-BR) is committed to assisting in a timely and effective manner those who have already used our ordinary customer service channels but were not satisfied with the solution presented. We will provide a final response to your complaint within 10 business days. In exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to respond within 10 business days. If this is the case we will let you know, explain our reasons, and provide a final response within 20 business days.
