# How do I contact Cover Genius / XCover?

If you have questions about a claim you've already filed, including your claim's status:
1. [Log in](https://app.link.com/wallet) to your account
1. Go to **Activity**
1. Select the purchase you filed a claim for
1. View your claim status
If you have additional evidence that you believe may change your claim outcome, you must file an appeal with XCover.
If you need to contact XCover for other reasons, you can do so using [this form](http://xcover.com/contact-us).
* Include your XCover reference number in your request. You can find this reference number in any claims email you've received from Link or XCover, or by navigating to the purchase detail page, as described in the steps above.
