To file a claim on an item you purchased through Link, take the following steps:
1. [Log in to Link](https://app.link.com/)
1. Go to [**Activity**](https://app.link.com/purchases)
1. Select the purchase you want to file a claim for
1. Select **File a claim**
1. Select your claim reason
1. Fill out the required information and submit your claim for review
