# I can't find any emails from XCover, what do I do?

If you file a claim, all updates related to this claim, coverage eligibility, and determination, will come from XCover (via Cover Genius Insurance Services LLC). Eligibility and coverage is subject to additional terms, conditions, and exclusions.
In the event that more information is needed on your claim, you may receive an email from XCover. Within your Link account, if you see the claims status state of **More information needed**, but don’t see an email from XCover, check your spam and promotions folders.
If you still can't find the email, let us know and we will take further action to ensure you receive the proper communications from XCover.
