# I don't recognize a withdrawal method added to my account

If you received an email notifying you that a new withdrawal method was added to your Link account and you don't recognize it, we recommend taking the following steps:
1. Log in to your to [Link account](https://app.link.com/wallet) and delete the saved withdrawal method for your Link balance.
1. In [Activity](https://app.link.com/activity), confirm if any withdrawals were made to the unrecognized withdrawal destination.
1. In [Settings](https://app.link.com/settings), under **Login Activity**, view previous logins to see if there are any you don't recognize. If so, manually log out of all devices.
1. If you do end up identifying any suspicious activity on your account, contact support.
