# Push notifications for Link mobile app

Push notifications are messages sent directly to your device from a mobile app to provide updates that may be relevant for your account.
### **Enabling push notifications**
Follow these steps to enable push notifications on the [Link mobile app](https://support.link.com/questions/link-mobile-app) on iOS or Android:
1. Tap on your name / profile icon on the top right of the screen to open the Settings page.
1. Click on **Notifications**.
1. Select the type of notifications you’d like to receive.
1. Toggle the **Push** button to turn this feature on.
### **Troubleshooting tips**
If you are experiencing issues with push notification deliveries, try taking the following steps:
* **Check phone settings:** Push notifications only work if you also allow notifications for the Link app in the general Settings of your Phone (Settings > Notifications). * **Confirm you are on the latest app version:** If you still aren’t receiving push notifications, check if you have the latest version of our app installed, and update if not.
