# Stablecoin payments

## Troubleshooting payment issues
### Why am I seeing an `insufficient funds` error?
If you received an insufficient funds error when trying to complete a payment using crypto, this means that you don’t have **enough stablecoins** (USDC, USDP, USDG) and **gas** (ETH, SOL, POL) to complete this purchase. You will need to fund your wallet accordingly and retry.
### Why am I seeing `There was an error sending your transaction. Please try again or contact support.`
This message can sometimes mean that:
* The wallet doesn't have enough crypto to cover the gas fees. Stablecoins don't automatically cover these fees.
* If you're using a cold wallet, try using a hot wallet for the payment instead.
* You may have crypto, but not supported stablecoins. Fund your wallet with supported stablecoins on Base, Solana, Polygon, or Ethereum.
### Why have stablecoins been deducted from my wallet when the payment wasn't successful?
If you notice a deduction on your wallet but the payment didn't successfully complete during checkout, allow up to 48 hours for your stablecoins to be reversed. If this doesn't happen, reach out to us specifying this issue and we can investigate the transaction status further.
### Which stablecoins are supported?
You can pay using the following stablecoin options:
* USDC on Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and Base
* USDP on Ethereum and Solana
* USDG on Ethereum
### How do I request a refund if I paid using crypto?

* Under the relevant purchase in your [Link account](https://app.link.com/purchases).
* In the email receipt you may have received from the merchant after your purchase.
