### How long does it take for the crypto to land in my wallet?
It typically takes about 15 minutes after a purchase for a crypto asset to land in your wallet. This can vary depending on external factors such as network congestion.
If your crypto hasn’t appeared in your wallet after 24 hours,&nbsp;[contact us](https://support.link.com/contact)&nbsp;for assistance.
### What should I do if my crypto purchase is declined?
If your credit card payment is declined, try using a bank account (only in the US) or debit card, which are more likely to succeed.
If your debit card or bank account payment is declined, reach out to your bank or financial institution for assistance.
### My payment was unsuccessful why haven't I received my refund?
If your payment was unsuccessful, we immediately cancel the authorization made to your card.
If you see a debit on your bank statement, this will disappear in approximately 5 business days, however, the exact timing will depend on your bank. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to expedite this timeframe.
If you are still seeing the charge on your statement, you will need to resolve this with your bank.
### Why doesn't the amount authorized on my card match the amount on my crypto receipt?
In order to account for price volatility, we may authorize your card for roughly 3% more than your purchase amount.
This authorization is temporary. We only debit you for the transaction amount specified in your purchase receipt.
### Can I cancel my crypto purchase or get a refund once it has been completed?
No, once you complete your crypto purchase, we’re unable to cancel it or refund your payment.
### Are there geographic restrictions on using Link to buy Crypto?
You can use Link to buy crypto in the following countries and appropriate currencies. You must be both a resident of the country and physically in that country to complete your purchase.
* United States, excluding Hawaii (using USD)
* Europe (using EUR): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden
### What payment methods can I use?
We support the following payment methods:
* Debit cards
* Credit cards
* Bank account payments (for US only)
### How old do you need to be?
You must be at least 18 years old to buy crypto with Link.
### How do I know if it was successful? How can I get a receipt?
There are two ways to confirm your crypto purchase was successful:
1. In the purchase flow, you'll see a **transaction complete** page. This means you successfully completed the transaction.
1. We will send a purchase receipt to the email address associated with your Link account.
You can also view past transactions at any time by going to the&nbsp;[Activity](https://app.link.com/activity)&nbsp;section of your Link account.
### What are the limits associated to my account?
Limits associated with your account are subject to variation and are influenced by a variety of considerations, such as the nature of activity on your account and your historical trading patterns. For this reason, limits are not generally communicated. However, you should see what your limit is on the checkout screen, should you be purchasing above it again.
Currently, we do not have a way to increase these limits. If you have hit your rolling weekly limit, you will need to wait approximately a week for your limit to refresh.
