In addition to [data Link normally collects](https://link.com/en-in/privacy-center#data-usage) from end users, Link collects data to facilitate your cryptocurrency purchases and verify your identity through know-your-customer (KYC) checks. Requirements for KYC checks depend on your location.
### Additional data collected when you buy cryptocurrency through Link may include:
* Your cryptocurrency wallet address
* Images of your government-issued ID document for identity verification through [Stripe Identity](https://stripe.com/en-in/identity)
* Images of your face provided for verification purposes as part of our KYC checks through [Stripe Identity](https://stripe.com/en-in/identity)
