The different statuses for your specific claim represent the stages of the review process, as defined by XCover (via Cover Genius Insurance Services LLC).
Claim statuses within the [Link App](https://app.link.com/purchases):
- **Claim in review**
- Your claim has been successfully submitted and will be assessed by Cover Genius shortly

- **Claim still in review**
- Your claim is still being actively assessed by Cover Genius.
  Make sure to keep an eye on your inbox as they may require additional information or documents to support your claim

- **More information needed**
- XCover has sent an email requesting more info to support your claim.
  Ensure you have sent over the additional requested evidence and that you have not received a reminder email
---
- **Information in review**
- Your claim & the additional information you have sent is still being actively assessed by Cover Genius.

- **Claim closed**
- Your claim is closed because you either
  did not provide the additional information as requested by XCover
  To reopen this claim, please reply back to their email requiring your additional evidence
  Submitted a duplicate claim

- **Claim not approved**
- Your claim has been denied by Cover Genius
---
- **Claim approved**
- Your claim has been approved by Cover Genius
  Please follow their instructions to receive your payout
---
- **Claim withdrawn**
- You requested your claim to be withdrawn
