Money Remittance:STEL, an entity regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI), provides you with the regulated payment service of ‘Money Remittance’. When STEL provides you with a Money Remittance service, this involves STEL receiving funds on your behalf and then remitting those funds to a third party (Bitstamp) in exchange for a fee.
In addition to the above regulated payment service of Money Remittance provided to you by STEL, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (SPEL) provides unregulated technology services that facilitate the Money Remittance transaction.
