# Where can I get help with a purchase I made with Link?

To get help with your Link purchase, you should directly contact the business or store where you made your purchase.
To locate the business’ contact information:
* Go to the [**Activity**](https://app.link.com/purchases) section of your Link account and click '**Contact Business'**
* Look for support information on the receipt confirming your purchase
* Go to the business website
Link can’t process refunds or returns on behalf of the business. If you have already tried contacting the business and have not received a reply after 5 business days, we recommend reaching out to your bank or financial institution for assistance.
