XCover (via Cover Genius Insurance Services LLC) handles the claims process on behalf of Link. While reviewing your claim, they sometimes need to verify additional circumstances surrounding your claim. The additional information and documents you're asked to provide will help them do so.
Provide the requested documents by replying directly to the email you received from XCover. This is required for the XCover Claims Team to complete your claim assessment.
